I have had long talks with the food bank coordinators and they wish they could provide better food -- the problem is that in order to improve the food, they have to be able to retain enough of it so that they can be choosy. If you don't think this is quality food, then the best thing you can do is provide quality food to your local food bank so that one day they can be in a position to choose the food that they accept.
